An old friend of mine, Andy Card (in photo to the left), introduced me to fly fishing for Steelhead Trout recently in upstate New York.
We slaughtered them (figuratively, we released all the fish). We caught over twenty fish the first day and two on the second. I never knew trout could peel off line like a False Albacore……………pretty cool, not to mention the acrobatics.
