Fishing Tactics & Strategies: On Boston's North Shore & Beyond by
Joe Gugino of "Why Not Fishing"
Joe is a member of the Hobie Fishing team and
runs Kayak Fishing Charters out of Little Harbor Boathouse in Marblehead,
MA. His talk will be focused on all aspects of Kayak Fishing including
set-up, safety, tactics and locations. His presentation will include
pictures, text, video and maps to help portray the excitement and opportunities
of Kayak Fishing. He will have his kayak and gear on display.
Joe is also the CEO and Founding Partner of Why Knot Fishing (www.whyknotfishing.com) which is a community based fishing organization focused on the future of fishing; through running year-round fishing events and tournaments and supporting catch and release, take a kid fishing, and conservation initiatives. He won first place in the Fly Fishing Division of the 2016 NEKF Striper Shoot out held in Salem, MA with a 37-inch Striper caught at 4:00am in the morning on the last day of the tournament!
